Ooops started new thread by mistake

    Green day.

    B: Fruit & Fibre (HEXB), Milk (1/2 HEXA), Raspberries, Strawberries

    Mid morning snacks: Banana, Apple, Tea (1/2 HEXA), Fat free yogurt

    L: New potatoes, green beans, leek, tomato, lettuce, egg, cucumber, coleslaw (pre-made in canteen - so bit of salad cream dressing - 2 syns), Apple, Rocky road mini bite (2.5 syns)

    Afternoon snack: Apple

    D: It will be post-pub so something on the run

    Throughout the day: Squash and water

    Exercise today: 70min walk to/from station.
    Syns today: 4.5 so far
