happy new year all minimins
well christmas is over and i have put on a whopping 4lb oops
did enjoy all the overindulgance though heck its only once a year.
start again on saturday and im gonna work bloody hard too.i will buy the size 14 that i didnt quite get to b4 christmas.
gives me some hope somthing to aim for then when the size 14 target is done im aiming for that size 12...maybe get that bikini bod come summer ha ha doubt it summer here,you must be joking.ha ha

4lb on for me aswell. I think I noticed that quite a few people hit the 4lb on target :-D

aah so wasnt just me then being a bit too over indulgent ha ha. dont know about you but i bloody enjoyed every minute of it.i love it bit sad really that its all over.but i am looking foward to starting again eating some more healthy food x

I know exactly what you mean. I also enjoyed eating what I wanted but am glad to be back eating sensibly as I've just realised how 'flumpy' I'm feeling x
