hi today i got my usual 1/4 midget gems from the newagents. thinking they were 25g . eat the lot and discovered after that 1/4 is 100g . so that is about by my reckoning 18 syns so i have taken a flexi syn day without realising hope i havnt done 2 much damage this week .:wave_cry:

thanks hoping i will cause i have followed the plan to the letter through the week walked loads and went iceskating . even stayed away from d.coke . wi on tue .
