restarting slimmingworld today. I totally fell off the wagon the past two weeks, and feel i need to actually restart, not just continue, as i have put on more than i lost. I can sort of justify my falling off the wagon, as I was ill and in a lot of pain, but that only goes part way towards it. yeah, i didnt want to keep to my exercise plans, but i didnt need to sit and munch junk.

anyway, wish me luck. restarting today, got group on weds am.

Back to it Georgia with a fresh new start! Dont think about the gain. Just get focused and set some achievable goals to reach with your exercise and let the food follow. Perhaps try doing something with a friend for motivation.
