    I started off really well today but after a really rubbish day at work I've scoffed a huge tube of mini eggs and drunk half a bottle of wine. Have I blown things or will I be ok just starting again tomorrow and putting tonight behind me? :eek:

    Draw a line under it and start afresh. NEVER let a bad day turn into a bad week. If you have something you hadn't 'budgeted' for then get straight back on track once the moment has passed
