im out 2nte with a friend and its a pizza place we r going to so it isn’t exactly the best syn wise, they do an open chicken sandwich which consists of salad, chicken, wheaten bread, creamy potato salad, creamy coleslaw and some sundried tomatoes, can u tell me if i have worked this out correctly?

    Chicken & salad – free
Creamy potato salad – 7 syns for 100g
    Creamy coleslaw – 8 syns for 100g
Wheaten bread (based on packaging i picked up in shop) 4.5 syns per slice (there is usually one or 2 slices)
    25g sundried tomatoes – 2.5

    Total – 26.5 syns?

Most of it sounds OK provided the chicken is grilled and not fried/roasted.

Im not convinced about the sun dried tomatoes though, they're usually the ones in oil, not the dry ones out of the packet. If theyre in oil they're about 11½ syns per 100g according to the online thing.

The other thing is estimating the amount of what you've got. 100g of potato salad / coleslaw is really not very much at all. A small box is usually 250g, so its less than half of one of those.

Also does the salad have any dressing on it at all?

Oh, and if it's a sandwich I expect there may well be some kind of butter/margarine on the bread? Personally Id just skip the bread and eat the chicken and salad. And ask for no dressing.

Yep chicken is grilled, to be honest im not fussed on tomatoes so il leave them off, there isn’t a great deal of coleslaw or potato salad with it and i never usually eat it all anyone, no dressing on salad as i always ask for it without :D and same with butter on the wheaten :D il maybe aim for 30syns to b on safe side? But then if thats the case i could have 4 slices of pizza for 32 syns based on pizza huts regular Italian chicken supreme.. and the one i would get is similar.. wot do u think is best thing to go for? As its not a very good sw menu :/ xx
