Operation Bridal Gown

God, I feel soooo excited!! I feel rock solid at the moment!! I can't stop thinking a out my dress.

The dress I tried on in the shop was a 16 and I measured a 22. I think I'm going to go and try the dress on again in february to see how close I am. I ordered a 20 but I'm hoping that I will have to have it taken in quite a lot!!

Oppps, I feel completely different from my poet earlier

The old habit of 'I deserve a Chinese cos I'm on my own on a Saturday night' kicked in and I ordered one.

It's so bizarre because even right up to the minute o
I ordered it I was still adamant I wasn't going to eat.

I am getting back on track today, but feel sad at how silly I was that on day 6 of consecutive abstinence I fell off. It's my longest run in a while. However, the pattern is emerging, it's always a Saturday night!! Luckly I don't have anymore Saturday nights on my own for a while, so I need to install a new habit.

Feeling very sad :-(
