Opinions and advise please - do i call target?

I got to target of 8.2 in may this year, I set it as that as I really wanted to see the 7's! Got to target, moved house and decided to rejoin when I was settled in my new home. I've rejoined a new group and I'm now 8.7. They set my target as 8.3 but I'm already finding clothes getting too big/ baggy and I can't afford new ones!

Should I call target and hope that the exercise that I'm doing will help tone a little but stay the same weight so my clothes don't get worse?

What would you do?..

Exercise could also cause inch loss and make your clothes too big even if weight loss doesn't occur :/ I think you need to really consider whether its worth buying a few more clothes or staying where you are. Are you happy where you are now?
 
Yeah I am, I have body issues, baby belly, un toned arms and thighs but I'm hoping running will help, some upper body exercise too!
