Does anyone know the syn amounts of the different flavours? I bought a heap of sachets today "mint, hazelnut, chocolate, chocolate brownie" as they were on special offer in tescos and sounded delish!

Hi Bubbles - pretty sure they're 2 syns each. If you do a search in this forum you can see how others like to have them mixed in fromage frais or with a spoon of coffee etc).

Found this for you. The "indulgence" ones seem to be 3 syns and the others are 2 syns.

most of the sachets are 11g =2 syns. I see this one is for 16g for 3 syns. i think i would split 2 sachets between 3 drinks and syn at 2 each. at 11g, 11g and 10g and make more drinks for the syns.

Thanks ladies I had the brownie one last night...it was so yummy!!! A good way to use up syns...especially when its bloody freezing outside!!! xx
