My ww leader said that any fruit juice is free as long as it's freshly sqeezed. I totally didn't believe her, and always point it even if freshly juiced. Anyone else been told this? Makes this plan confusing, people with different ideas

My leader explained to us why fruit juice is NOT free. I can't remember why though haha! I'm useless.

I've never heard that. I'd be wary of her advice if I were you. ;)

You're basically only taking the water and sugar from the fruit when you juice it. All the fibre is gone. And you usually need to use loadsa fruit to get a nice sized glass. Its defo not 0pp unfortunately!

I know the science behind why juice is not free, its just really annoying when you pay to go to a meeting and they tell you things that could mess up ur losses. Just wanted to know was this a common misconception or just my leader getting it wrong. Seems so far just mine! Thanks
