orange extract

    hi, i have just read in an earlier post going bk a couple of years that a lady added orange extract to her shakes, is orange extract allowed?

    Like the zest?
    Um im not sure, but on the lt bag it says not to add lemon,..so it must apply to oranges too?
    Eep..that wasnt much help was it =/

    lol, i dont think it was the zest. but you can vanilla extraxt in that comes in a bottle like food colouring. never mind just a thought, it sounded delicious in the choc shake. thanks for your reply

    I know citrus is a no-no so, assuming the extract has some orange in it I'd guess no! Sorry hun, it does sound nice though. Have you tried making the choc shake with mint tea to give you choc mint?

    no not yet but im going to, iv been banned from shops and supermarkets so i dont go buying anything i shouldnt. (im so easily tempted) i have to wait till the bf go's shopping at the weekend to get me some. i really want to try it.
