oriental lamb stir fry

    hi, just finished my main course for today (tried and tested new receipe for this week!) and it's ;):D:)'s all round. i'm really the adventurous one for for spices etc, but here's what it's all about:-
    serves 4
    450gms lamb stirfry strips
    2 tablesp. soy sauce
    1 pack 4 mins noodles (used ordinary pk noodles)
    1-2 tablesp oil
    2 gloves garlic chopped.
    225gm vegetables sliced
    1 chilli chopped (used chilli powder)

    mix the lamb with the soy sauce
    heat wok, add oil,
    add garlic and lamb stirfry 2 - 3 mins, add the vegetables and chilli and stir fry another 2 mins. at this stage i threw in the noodles for another minute.

    well, in my opinion, i just can't wait to have it again. off buying more spices tomorrow.
    i have seen on some threads someone cooking chicken with paprika? any ideas.
