I have always lost weight on the weight watchers plan but lost my way with the new propoints.
I have not done weight watchers now for 2 years, having experimented with Atkins (great mid week, but can't do it at the weekend due to beer!) and slimming world (i am not very good at portion control).
So I am going back to the discover plan.

Well we havent had a very good weekend diet wise. Pub & Kebab Friday, Indian Resturant Saturday and Christening Sunday:cry:
BUT....... We still lost 2lb each:D
So back to it. We have no plans next weekend so this week should be a good one.

Another busy weekend. We have been as good as possible:rolleyes: but both definetly went over our points. We are hoping that being really good midweek will compensate for the weekends???.
We have changed our weigh-in day to Fridays, and last Friday I lost another 2lb:D and hubby lost 3lb.
