out of date

i have just found some out of date packs, can i still use them?x

How out of date are they? Usually it because EU legislation says how long a limit can last for certain products. If it's a "best before" i'd go for it, "use by" is a bit less flexible and more likely the product degrades past that date

It's not recommended to use out of date packs. You could lose some of the nutrients in them.
