I am on the old points plan and have been eating under all week. So, on monday I had 16 points, tuesday 18 points, wednesday 15 points and so on...
I also exercised for about two hours yesterday and didn't count them activity points. Today I have eaten 14 points and I am thinking about having chinese for a weekly treat. It works out at about 10 points, which means i'd have over eaten by 4 points.
Do you think this will do any damage? I'm really scared about it, aha.

because you have saved up the points and done exercise that you have now used points for I wouldn't think you were going over. The two hours of hard exercise will cover it - enjoy your take away coz you have to eat all your points by the end of the week anyway.
Yeah you've had really low points all week- you deserve the treat!
