Am I glad to have found this site!!! I started my Lipotrim 100% FRP four days ago and I have maintained 100% so far.
If anyone says that this is the easiest diet, well, it maybe for them but for mere mortals, giving up the pleasure of eating is not natural and not easy. However, 4 years ago I gave up smoking 30 per day by just going cold turkey after 1 week of patches and it worked. I can relate to that experience now when I feel down and also relate to the benefits of fighting off the cravings and achieving goals.
So far, only day three was bad. OK, I know I am new to this and have a long way to go. However, I managed to get over that and I have already lost 9lbs which, although mainly water etc, makes me the lightest I have been in 3 years, nowt wrong wi that as they say in Yorkshire....
Find something that can be done when you feel down is the best thing I found for stopping smoking and I will use the same tactic for this battle. If you dwell on food, you will just want it more. Go for a walk, take up a home based hobby, anything that you can turn to to defeat those devilish cravings. It is all messages in your mind and if you change your mind, they go away.
Looking forward to sharing my experiences on here and, no doubt needing the support from others to.
Good luck to everyone, it has to be worth it.
