Pains in my upper side? Kidneys?

Hi everyone! I'm on day four now and the hunger has more or less vanished. The only problem is I'm experiencing pain in my right side, about 3 inches above my hip. Has anyone else experienced this? It aches when I laugh or take a deep breath...

Hey Rachel oh no you poor thing... Ive never experienced it myself do you think you might have pulled a muscle or something? Perhaps putting heat on it might ease it other than that- dont watch any comedies or breathe deeply , Im kidding, I hope you feel better soon xx

Thank you Tootiefrootie . If it's not gone by Monday I'll go to the doctors... Yep comedies are out the window tonight for me!! Don't think I've pulled a muscle, no idea what it is... hopefully not related to diet though xx
