Paleo "caveman"

Hi,

New on here, started caveman diet Monday and so far lost 4.5lb! In shock to be honest! Anyone else doing this diet and have any recipes etc....

It's basically eating what cavemen would, fruit, veg, meat, nuts, seeds....no limitations really....cut out bread, potatoes...all carbs really. Brown rice is allowed though. If its in a tin u can't have it, all added sugars, preservatives are a big No. Only drinks allowed is water, aprox 3 litres a day, I don't like tea and coffee anyway.
I have had chilli these evening for my tea, lean mince and loads of veg, dry fried with brown rice. You can use loads of spices and seasoning. Meals can be made really easily.
My friend lost 4stone in 7 months doing this! Since Monday I have lost 4.5lb...I'm in shock!
 
Hiya I'm doing paleo too! Iv been eating it not strict for two weeks but today ive started the 'whole30' challenge. Trying to be strict! Glad theres someone else doing paleo! X
 
I'm thinking of doing it your allowed fruit ...is that right but what about dairy ...I adore total 0%
