Have just been out for lunch, ordered a salad trying to be good and the chicken fillet (very small breast) arrived pan fried. I was so hungry I ate it but unsure of how to syn it? I have a hexb I can use for oil so that can take 6 sins off but what would you syn it as?
Not 100% sure but I think you would just need to account for the oil used to fry the chicken - so if you use your HExB for this it would be 'syn' free xx
