I had a go at making the SW pancakes this morning for breakfast. I found them really eggy. Is there anyway I can reduce the egginess of them?? :confused:
Should I add more sweetener and vanilla essence? Or was it because I didn't whisk the egg whites long enough? (need to get myself an electric whisk as took ages this morning so kinda gave up!)
Served them with raspberries and blueberries and a muller light but it didn't really go well because they tasted so eggy!
