Just had the most delicious breakfast!! I made pancakes using the ww recipe (online) i had the equivalent of 4 pancakes (1pp each) but i just made 2 bigger thicker ones :D had it with banana and pear on top was sooo good!! I'll be having that again! nice and filling, tasty and satisfied my sweet tooth! :D

To make 12 pancakes:

125g flour
1 Medium egg
1/4 pink skimmed milk

Break egg into centre of the flour and gradually add milk.

Makes 12 pancakes at 1pp each although i mad 6 bigger ones at 2pp each and had two with a pear and banana on top. I also added some water to the mix cos i felt it was too thick for my liking.
