Does anyone know the syn value of Paneer cheese? Or even better, if you can use this as a HEX? I have been looking everywhere and I cannot find it mentioned!

Thank you, I had completely forgotton I had written then as I didn't write it down!
So I will stick with 1.5 syns per 28g but no healthy extra, all clear now!

M&S do a low fat curry with paneer in-around 5 syns I think it worked out to. My sister has had it and said it's really, really nice. Haven't been back into town to get ones for myself yet tho
