Gotta go out for dinner tonight. Want to cancel but can't. What do i do??? Having a bad few days and get weighed on wednesday plus totm:((((. Only in my second week. Lost 7lbs last week so that was great but just want to see and feel a difference already but always obstacles in my way! Derrrr. So for the rant!
 
Plain chicken salad with no dressing?
 
Have a shake before you go and sit and drink water instead of eating- i do- friends/ colleagues dont mind- get a few questions at the beginning.
 
Still have the 3 shakes, I often have a meal out (well, salad!) and 3 shakes and it hasn't effected my losses
