Gone to visit my great nan this morning and she always makes a pot of tea with sugar in . She doesn't know I'm doing Cambridge an she brings me a cup of tea with two sugar , I felt rude not to drink it as she is like 90 and gets upset over little thing . Will I still be in ketosis ? Sorry of this is a stupid question .
