Paracetemol/neurofen

Is it safe to take on Exante as they all advise taking with food x

I wouldn't take nurofen as it has other stuff in it (caffeine for one).

STick to paracetamol and ibuprofen. Just as good.

And take them with a shake or a bar.

Hey I don't follow exante but ibuprofen should be taken with food or milk - paracetamol is fine with just water. I don't know the composition of your shakes etc but if you do need ibuprofen try and take it with one of those at least or it can irritate the lining of your stomach. x

Paracetamol is fine just make sure u take ibuphen around the time u have a bar or shake and don't take it if it gives u a stomach ache
