    Hello!

I'm throwing a little party in my office in a few weeks before I leave for a new job.
I'm not the best cook and wondered if you guys had any suggestions what I could make and bring in??

Little bacon sausages are yum - mix breadcrumbs (hex) with finely chopped onion, garlic and mixed herbs (sage/thyme/oregano are nice) and wrap some of the mixture in bacon medallions secure with a cocktail stick and cook in the oven for 10-15 mins. These are really simple and tasty xx

Muffins are good... very quick and easy to make, and often easier to transport to work than cakes, which can get bashed about. Low-fat, too, if you use veg oil rather than marg!

(I make them in normal size cake cases instead of larger muffin cases, and a recipe for 12 standard muffins usually makes about 24 of these.)

Hope it goes well, and good luck with your new job!
