Party later - 1st day - what to eat before I go??

    It's my first day on SW and (typical) I have a party later. No idea what food will be there. My consultant has suggested I eat before I go.. What can I eat? I have eggs peppers potatoes mushrooms and pasta. I also have tinned tomatoes. x

    Make a batch of pasta with the toms & veg, it'll fill you up so you (hopefully) won't be tempted!

    Pasta is really filling so that would be good. Or you could make an omlette with the veg and eggs? Protein helps keep you full I think....(?) x

    I'd go for the pasta! It's pretty filling stuff! Or the egg, chip and pepper bake. That's pretty filling too and easy to make :)
