pasatta & tinned tomatoes count as superfree?

Hi all, do you think pasatta & tinned tomatoes are superfree items? Made a pasta the other day with both, a large onion & 3 peppers. Lots left though and I'm thinking of taking for work lunches, problem is I have no way of adding extra superfree to it..

Thats what I do and you can make lots and keep them in the fridge!

They are superfree as tomatoes, I use them for bolognaise aswell as loads of mushrooms and onions the bolognaise is so delicious you want more of that than the pasta anyway so the superfree is doing its job lol
