Are these syn free or is it only certain flavours? Ive only ever used water to make them, no milk or butter

Only certain ones are free. I don't know which ones off the top of my head though!

I know that mild cheese and brocolli is 0.5 syns, and leek, ham and cheese is 1 syn x
