Pasta bread ext

    Sticking to calories everyday but omg I are pasta the other night not even allot and I've gained 4lbs!!! Every time I eat pasta or bread it sticks to me !!! Anyone else the same? And what can I replace it with?

    That's a really really good tip for me and something I had not really thought of I really don't drink enough - and I love pasta lol I'm going to try it how do you get your 2L in a day?? I barely drink 1L !! :) any tips 100% welcome - I need it I always find it hard to get my water down x

    Have a water bottle and fill it up when it emptys. Keep ot with you all the time and you'll find you'll drink more because it's there. :)

    Why do you feel you need to drink more water, hon? The NHS recommend drinking an average of 1.6 litres a day, but it doesn't have to be water :) xx

    Sometimes I have green tea or a diet cola but normally just water I'm not a fan of coffee or normal tea I like green tea and nettle tea got a whole cupboard of tea but it's like 1 cup every 1-3 days lol specially now it's been hot I normally go into the kitchen a few times a day and just run the tap love the taste of water to be honest :) I'm not a fan of hot chocolate either the only coffee and got chocolate I drink are the frappe ice type or a latte or them galaxy hot choc with cream on and haven't had any of them for over a year because they are way too too naughty haha! I think I could try more tea I've got a good collection about 20 boxes of teas that aren't "breakfast tea"

    I only have hot drinks myself, other than the odd bit of squash to take medication with. But as long as you don't feel thirsty and you're not getting dehydrated, which you should know by the colour of your wee, there's really no need to force yourself to drink more - it'll only make you spend more time on the loo! :D xx

    Yep haha!! I've had a large glass of diet cola on the side and been topping it up and swigging it every time I go past as I can't keep a drink in the lounge with the baby lol

    That'll help, though obviously diet fizz isn't the best healthwise - I only have it as a treat now, lol. :) xx

    Yea I don't have it often lol but I figure if it's easier to get me to drink more then switch to water :) it's a short term thing I'm in water today if I find I've had enough the diet pop might tempt me lol
