Pasta n Sauce - Free or not?

I suspect that the confusion might be because the book is giving the syn values if you may up the packet as directed ie with milk while they are syn free when made up with water only. Could this be it?

Just wanted to add, that I have tried Pasta n Sauce, and think that Symington's mug shots are MUCH better - again, some are free and some are not, but much easier to prepare and very filling.

What do you serve your pasta n Sauce with? I've had them with Jacket potato and veg before but wondering if there's anything more exciting people serve them with??

I don't usually have them with anything to be honest ... but tend to add a few extra free veg and may melt some hex cheese on top to make a quick pasta bake type thing for lunch.

I love love love the mac and cheese one it is 2 syns but i make it with loads fo sauteed leeks and mushrooms and then sprinkle on 42 g reduced fat mature cheddar and bake.
