Pasta 'n' Sauce???

Hi! ^_^
Ok, I've tried searching for the syn values for Bachelor's pasta 'n' sauce in this forum, but there seems to be a bit of debate as to which ones (if any) are free on Green. Does anyone know the definitive answer? I haven't had this for ages because I'm not sure!

Don't have the answer but am hoping they are free as I eat loads of them :S

It depends which flavour you are looking for. The tomato based ones are usually free but the others usually have a small syn value.
