Here is my recipe:
2x cloves garlic
1x tin chopped tomatoes
1x carrot
1x red onion
1x red pepper
1x stick celery
1x half tsp olive oil
Chop all veg small and gently fry for 2 mins in oil.
Season with pepper, sea salt and oregano.
Add tinned tomatoes and half a tin of water.
Simmer for 20 mins.
Use a hand blender or potato masher to smooth.
