Pasta Suace??

Hey does anybody knw a ww recipe for a pasta sauce tomato based??

For 0PP could use tinned tomatoes or passata, reduced with some garlic, herbs such as oregano etc..onion and whatever 0PP veg you desire I use this as a base for bolognaise sauce and pasta. For a chilli I just add the spice

i always make my own Tin tomatoes,Onion,peppers,courgette & garlic i use it as a base for a veg chilli aswell.
today ive got the pasta sauce with quorn pieces thats sooooooooooooooooooooooooo yummy

Here is my recipe:

2x cloves garlic
1x tin chopped tomatoes
1x carrot
1x red onion
1x red pepper
1x stick celery
1x half tsp olive oil


Chop all veg small and gently fry for 2 mins in oil.
Season with pepper, sea salt and oregano.
Add tinned tomatoes and half a tin of water.
Simmer for 20 mins.
Use a hand blender or potato masher to smooth.
