Pasta with Tuna & Mayo (or salad cream)

Hi guys,
Are there any syns in tuna?
Also what are the syn values for mayo & salad cream? Thank you x

Hi hun,

it depends what day you're doing? For a red day tuna is free but pasta is an HE or syns. On a green day pasta is free but tuna is an HE or syns. If you're doing extra easy both tuna and pasta are free and you just need to syn the mayo/salad cream.
Salad Cream 1 level TBSP= 2.5syns
Salad Cream (Reduced cal) 1 level tbsp = 1.5syns
Mayo 1 level tbsp = 5syns
Mayo (reduced cal) 1 level tbsp = 2.5syns

Or you could use virtually fat free fromage frais for no syns.

Thank you hun, I'm doing EE so i should be fine (hopefully). I prefer Salad Cream to Mayo so glad it's lower syns thanks again xx

You could have extra light mayo which is 2tbs =1.5syns
