Pate Recipe Anyone???

I made salmon recipe from Italian sw recipe book. It uses fresh salmon, cooked with garlic, chilli and bay leaf, mixed with quark and xl Mayo, with a squeeze of lemon and shake of parsley. Mix or blend to desired consistency.

It's delicious and only thing to syn is mayo- about 0.5 syns for each tbsp and I used 1 tbsp per portion. I serve with carrot and pepper sticks and 3 krisprolls from healthy b. Had it for lunch yesterday and looking forward to it for lunch tomoro.
