this is a recipe for homemade pate, it was given to me by a friend, really easy to make, and tastes really good too!

1 pack chicken livers
1 large onion, chopped
couple of cloves of garlic chopped
1 pack of quark

dry fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes to soften, very gently, if needed, add a small amount of water, put to one side,
dry fry the chicken livers gently until cooked, again if they start to dry out add a small amount of water, put to one sidfe to cool,
once everything has cooled. add onion and garlic, and chicken livers to the tub of quark and blend well until totally mixed.
put into bowl and chill until required.
have the WW kitchen scales, and this works out at 10and 1/2 points for the whole lot, obviously depending on what size tub of quark and chicken livers you buy.
