I'm about to start Paul McK I think; I've become disillusioned with meal replacement diets (just money making schemes I think).
I have one stone to lose, ideally in 2.5 months although doesn't matter really, I like my size now I just want to get rid of some of these wobbles. So time is not of the essence.
I am finding that I am LOVING fruit and veg at the moment. It's amazing, tastes so good. Obviously that is what my body is wanting. So, I'm going to give it a shot I think and hope it works for me!
Re-reading the book and going to listen to CD tonight.
