    Hey all,

just on for a quick question. Does anyone have the Paul McKenna book [and CD thats part of it] about thinking yourself thin [my brains went blank as to the actual title of the book!]

Anyway, does anyone have the book? Is it effective? Would you recommend it?

    TIA

    Hope everyone's well.

Weight management/loss is all about mind matter - I think the CDs will definitely help you if you are focused on changing your eating habits and retraining your brian. I dont think it is a miracle cure, but definitely a positive tool to use along with willpower and focus. xox
