Hi all, I was diagnosed with pcos in 1997 and was only 17! But I have conquered the symptoms before and will do it again! I lost weight on a vlcd and had laperoscopy and fell pregnant, did LL lost the weight gained, had another op fell pregnant again and did CD, was given implant injections to go into menopause and god knows how but got pregnant again!!! And my pcos is severe, so there is hope.
However I need to lose weight again, I'm on day 3 of CD and I can't sleep! Has anyone else had insomnia on a vlcd? I cant remember if I did before.
