    Hi Everyone

    Can anyone tell me if there are syns in the plastic pots of sliced pears in pure grape juice?

    There is no fat in the whole pot but there is about 200 cals in it?

    Please help coz they are delicious

    Hey thanks, they are just asda ones they are in a plastic pot pear slices in pure grape juice

    Sorry i cannot find anything on sw website under asda but have found
    Pears, canned in juice, 100g 2 2 2

    It should work out about the same, hope this helps

    only fruit in it's raw form is free I am afraid.

    So these will definately be syns, you can work out by using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

    As the following doesn't qualify for a free food allowance

    Fruit - canned, dried and stewed

    and these will come under canned, as they are a similar item.
