I chuck it in allsorts to bulk it up,lasange, stew, spag boll, I did throw it over a salad one time, don't do that, was gross.

Just chuck it in with all the other ingredients just before adding the stock to bring to the boil! It should cook beautifully in time with everything else! I love the texture and of course it's really healthy...and free!! I love anything that's freeeeee!!! XXX

I use in it soups and stews as it's a good thickener.

I add mine to home made soup on a green day. I boil it for approx 15 mins and then throw a load in! It's really filling! Like the idea of putting it in bolognese sauce, will def be trying that!
