They do reccomend no more than a certain amount, I can't remmember how many it is on top of my head, it might be 7 a day? Realistically thought it's about being sensible. If you do alot of walking you can find yourself earning alot of activity pp.
If you are going to be alot of activity when you're not used to it then things always say consult your doctor don't they...
Is there a maximum point limit you can earn with it in a week?
