Well this is my first day and so far, So good :D

The Strawberry shake was "ok"...Not yukky but not yummy either ;)

The Chocolate one I had for lunch was quite pleasant :D

After some of the posts on here, I`m a bit wary of the Chicken Soup for tea :rolleyes: lol

Anyway, I am peeing for Britain today!!!! Is this a good thing??

It could just be down to the water I`m drinking, I`ve had about 1L so far, But will try down at least 2L more before bedtime tonight.

I`ve not been hungry at all :D So am doing well so far :D

This may just be the novelty of the first day tho :p:rolleyes:

yes it's a good thing!! peeing is how we get rid of the fat we breakdown!! well done on your first day - chicken soup, i hated but some love so give it a go!! we all have different tastes! xxx

Well done for doing so great on your first day, i have not tried the strawberry shake yet but the choc chake is my only choice lol.
I would say try them all and you will make up your mind on what works for you and what doesnt. I could not touch the soup or flapjacks.

As for the peeing. omg yesterday was the same for me. At one point I considered taking my laptop in there and just sitting there lol.
It just shows that you are drinking plenty. I personally can't drink alot but yersterday I did.

Keep it up hun and I hope the diet treats you the way it has me. I feel great.

Well done on your first day. Its good that your drinking lots...that does keep hunger at bay until you hit ketosis. As for the peeing....my 3rd day was the worst. It got to the point where I was embarrassed to go!!! Anyway, it does get better.

The chicken soup - I liked it initially, then one evening I had a couple of mouthfuls and for some reason I went right off it. I took all mine back and changed them to shakes and I've stayed with them since.

Keep up the good work and we look forward to hearing about your first weigh in!! x

Hope the rest of your first day goes as well as it has done so far. I only have the chocolate shakes. Though had the chicken soup last week & it was nowhere near as made as I anticipated, I just found that I ate it so slowly that it was cold (& icky) before I was anywhere near finished.

The peeing definitely gets better; I think it's just because it's so much more than we were having before, after a while your body seems to get used to it & you don't have to go anywhere near as often :)

hiya, im the same, day 2 and im getting embarressed im going to the loo that many times haha! just glad to hear its normal and nothing to worry about!
ive had the vanilla and chocolate so far, going to try the soup next week
good luck!!!

I love the soup, have one nearly every day... i love the choc shake too and the vanilla and the strawberry i find ok.. I love mine with a spoonfull of powdered coffee... and i dont really like coffee in general but always have my shakes with coffee in them :):)

your doing great so far, keep it up x

Well done !! You got there, eh!! You are doing well and yes, going to the loo is yet another side effect of LT. Your body eventually gets used to it, but I am up and down like a yo-yo; day and night!!!!! I dont mind, so long as I am losing the weight..haha.

If I were you, try them all. Just because one doesnt like them, doesnt mean the same for you. My palate has changed over the months and I used to have strawberry for brekkie, but now gone off it as I find it too sweet now. So, I stick to choc and soup..again, I like the fact the soup is warm..as I am cold normally anyway, so having something hot is lovely. I try and have it with around 400ml of water and it just doesnt make it so thick and gluppy.

I hated the flapjacks, but went to have it this week, but they have been recalled due to being mouldy..but I will get one for this week. I am determined to try them and see how much I have changed.

So, you may as well try them all and see for yourself. You might surprise yourself..oh, I dont like vanilla, but that is just because I dont like vanilla, but I did try it just so that I could say I tried it.

You are almost finished Day 1 and before you know it you will be going back to the pharmacy for your first WI and excited.

Looking forward to seeing how you do as I know you have really looked hard at this and know what to expect...

Hiya,
keep drinking, you will see on some people's posts that they have bad weeks with very little weight lost, most people admit it is because they didn't drink enough.
I love the Chocolate and strawberry, didn't like the soup or flapjacks! I like to put a couple of icecubes in the shakes, it makes it much more tasty!
All the food replacements have been designed to not be 'morish' so don't be surprised by the lack of 'taste'
Keep it up and keep in touch on here, they have all been fab to me, and there always seems to be someone online to talk to.
