I haven't done SW for a couple of years, and started this morning. I'm going to try to keep a diary for the next few weeks to keep me on track.
Friday
Weetabix & milk HEB HEA
Fruit salad & yogurt
Banana
Pasta salad (2 syns)
Fruit salad
Chicken kebab & pitta HEB
Mayo (3 syns)
2 slices garlic bread & cheese (10 syns)
2 m&m's peanut (0.5 syns)
2 squares galaxy (2 syns)
Tea & coffee HEA
Water x 3 pts
Syns for day 17.5
Syns for week 17.5
Today was going well until OH suggested we get takeout, so I could watch the tennis, then they delivered free garlic bread with the takeout. I had the 2 smallest pieces, and the rest went in the bin. Only bonus is that if I hadn't been thinking SW I could have eaten chips, more garlic bread, more chocolate etc..
I'm off to a boozy BBQ tomorrow, so will try to stick to meat and salad.
