I was putting a teaspoonful of curry powder in the soup in the first 2 weeks, and it did taste much better, but be careful there's no sugar in the ingredients.

i added boulion to my soup, makes it yummy, lots of people on here use it, some dont, it doesnt affect ketosis either

Oh God, I could not bear the soup!!! Yeuch yeuch and more yeuch!!! Nothing could make it taste better in my opinion. Lots of luck with persevering with it though!!!

Ahh I did LT for 6months and used Black pepper, spices, paprika, oregano and garlic (all in seperate soups mind!!)
And never affected me in the slightest EXCEPT garlic, this brings on dreadful hunger pangs so avoid like the plague!!

But dabble with all the rest!!

Ditto on the soup...no no no!! Can't stand LT hot in any shape or form :sign0137:
So, sorry can't help you on the added exta's except I believe ther are no added extras...lol!
