Can you add some pepper to you soups if you choose? I remember seeing a thread for making something in one of the recipes it mentioned black pepper.

Yes you are allowed to add pepper. You can also add other spices, although you can't add salt.

fantastic! thanks for that. I added some to my veg soup and I have to say I really enjoyed it! I was even chewing those little bits in it as if I was eating real food haha xx
