    Hi,

    Are we allowed peppermint tea?

What teas are we not supposed to have?

yeah peppermint tea is fine x
think its the fruit teas that are meant to be avoided.
normal tea is fine too just no milk or sugar(can have tablet sweetener)

    Hi,
As tafflass says, peppermint is allowed, any leaf tea is, just not flower and fruit teas.
    Best of luck.

Any LEAF tea is fine, but not flower, fruit, or root. This means Peppermint or Nettle is OK,but not lemon, ginger, camomile, berry, etc etc,
    Hope this helps, Cathy.
