Fighting the bulge
2nd day here and thought i would start my food diary.
I going to write everything on here the day after ive done it as im rubbish at predicting what i will eat and the amounts, etc
Please feel free to give suggestions on things i could change for a healthier option or are not as good as i think they are!!
