Petite people who are on slimming world to stay healthy

I think it's because I've had a really food filled weekend.. My problem is once I allow myself to eat rubbish food I find it really difficult to get back into eating healthy again...really need to reign it in though!
 
Keep it simple and challenge ourselves to doing something or how about a new challenge each week....

For example week one - try a different plan red/green/SE

Week 2 - drink 2 litres of water a day ( I definitely want to challenge myself to this)

Week 3 - only snack on sf foods

Something like that?
 
I like the sound of the challenges :D
 
How's everyone doing I've had a bad week but back on track today been to the gym and eaten healthily so feeling good
